Cut this band

and remove this part

(Rocker Arm)

Unbolt and remove the short tailgate

linkage strap. It will be used later in

the assembly.

Do NOT unbolt the linkages

located on the back side of this

assembly.

Slide the 4” long poly sleeve on first all the way to the end.

Then slide the 2” long sleeve on and position it between

the two drilled holes.

NOTE: Put

oil or soap

on the

inside of

the poly

sleeve to

help it slide

easier.
